Claudia and I started Health and Yum in February 2023. We learned a lot, we worked a lot and we also had a lot of fun. Our friendship deepened and hopefully as the years pass, it will get better – just like wine. 😀 🍷
We made many recipes together that involved a few kitchen failures, a lot of kitchen successes, a few tears (when cutting onions) and a lot of laughter. I am usually in front of the camera and Claudia is behind it. But sometimes she comes over to my side and we continue our shenanigans in front of the camera.
From the many brain-healthy recipes we made this year, we chose five to share with you, as they stand out in our mind for a few reasons we’ll mention below.
