- 3 cups boiled or grilled chicken breast, cooled and cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 3/4 cup grapes, quartered
- 1 small green onion, chopped

- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

In a small mason jar with a lid, combine the dressing ingredients: mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sea salt and black pepper. Securely fasten the lid and shake well to blend the dressing ingredients.
