Description

Experience the taste of paradise with this refreshing tropical paradise smoothie. This delightful blend combines the tropical flavors of pineapple, mango and banana, creating a light and invigorating treat that will transport you to a tropical getaway in just one delicious slurp.


Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cup fresh, frozen or canned pineapple cubes (see notes)

1 cup fresh or frozen mango

1 big ripe fresh or frozen banana

1 1/2 cup cold coconut water

Toppings (optional) – pecans, raspberries, strawberries

Notes

I like to use at least one frozen fruit so the smoothie is instantly cold and ready to enjoy, and I don’t have to wait for it to chill in the fridge.

Vitamix is my favourite blender, but any blender works. It might not blend everything as smoothly as a Vitamix would, but it would still do a good job.
